Multi-tenant SaaS for Microsoft CSP partners: daily ingestion across 34 capture types into a Neo4j temporal knowledge graph, Service Bus job orchestration, Stripe billing, and full Terraform IaC with secretless OIDC CI/CD.

Autonomous AI build platform - a kanban state machine where agent workers run test-first coding sessions on local models; it shipped a complete Godot game milestone with ~300 tests.

Wayland-native desktop shell - launcher, bar, notifications, and widget host, built as a Rust daemon that drives GTK4 layer-shell windows rendering Svelte frontends. 1,900+ tests, in daily production use.
